Where is my package? How long until my package arrives?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Every order receives a tracking number for shipping. If you cannot find this number, please send us an email so that we can retrieve it for you. We typically ship through USPS so packages are typically delivered within 1-5 business days + processing time (1-3 business days). Faster shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally (outside of the U.S.)?
Yes, international shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not cover any customs or duty fees related to international shipping.

Can I cancel my order?
Please email us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. If we have not shipped your order yet, we can cancel your order and provide a full refund.
